About our Speakers

Curt Thompson, MD
Curt Thompson, MD is a board certified psychiatrist. He graduated from Wright State University School of Medicine and completed his psychiatric residency at Temple University Hospital. Inspired by deep compassion for others and informed from a Christian perspective, Thompson shares fresh insights and practical applications for developing more authentic relationships and fully experiencing our deepest longing: to be known. He and his wife reside in Arlington, Virginia.

David P. Costanza
David Costanza is a Professor of Commerce at the McIntire School of Commerce. His research focuses on generational differences; adaptive leadership; high potential; organizational culture, decline, and death; as well as statistics and research methods. He has published in Journal of Business and Psychology; Journal of Vocational Behavior; Personnel Psychology; and Work, Aging and Retirement.
